    We recommend Darcy or Ariel

    Both combine physiotherapy with a strong strength and conditioning backgrounds. Making either a great option for sporting injuries, gym-related pain.

    Darcy in particular as a high level athlete himself has incredible knowlege around running based injuries and rehab.

  • Best suited for: Acute and chronic back pain: Recurrent back pain: Disc-related pain: Gym and lifting injuries

    We recomend Rod.

    Rod has over a decade of experience helping people manage acute and persistent back pain. His approach combines hands-on treatment and progressive rehabilitation to improve long-term outcomes.

  • Best suited for: Headaches: Migraines: Jaw pain (TMJ): Neck pain: Vertigo: Vestibular conditions

    We recomend Shauni

    Shauni has completed additional training in headache management, TMJ disorders, and vestibular rehabilitation. She has a particular interest in helping people with complex presentations that extend beyond a typical musculoskeletal injury.

    We recomend Ariel or Shauni

    Both Shauni and Ariel have Pilates training and use Pilates principles within rehabilitation programs. They can help create a pilates based rehab program specific to your goals and current presentation.

    We reccomend Ariel or Shauni

    Both clinicians have completed postgraduate dry needling training and enjoy using it daily as part of their main treatment tools
